Dan Foley

CEO, Founder

Dan is Founder and CEO of GlidePath Power.  Dan has over 25 years of energy sector experience, particularly in developing, building, owning, and operating traditional and renewable energy projects throughout North America.  Prior to founding GlidePath Power, Dan served as COO for Lincoln Renewable Energy and CEO of ACCIONA Energy North America.  His efforts have led to the construction of 1GW in power projects.

Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Engineering degree from the State University of New York-Buffalo, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Chris McKissack

Vice President

Chris joined GlidePath Power with 15 years of energy experience.  Prior to GlidePath, Chris held advancing roles in engineering, project management, transmission, and power marketing at Lincoln Renewable Energy and was instrumental in bringing 500MW of wind and 40MW of solar to construction.  Prior to this, Chris was responsible for engineering, construction, and testing critical transmission & distribution equipment at GE Energy and ComEd, an Exelon Company.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.  He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Illinois as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Michael Hoadley

Director of Real Estate

Michael Founded FEWZION in March of 2011. He has worked in the commercial real estate consulting industry as a salesperson, broker, and managing broker since 1994. FEWZION Specializes in working with clients and companies engaged in innovating in The Food-Energy-Water Nexus. Professionally, Michael has represented a wide range of for profit and not for profit clients in the energy sector as well as The Federal Government, Fortune 500 Companies, and Municipal Governments. He has held numerous civic and volunteer leadership positions, and recreationally, is an avid sailor. He holds a BS in Finance from The University of Illinois, and earned a CCIM Designation in 1999.

Shawn Kestler

Kestler Energy Consulting, LLC

Shawn has more than 24 years of experience in the energy industry, and is an innovative and collaborative energy professional, with a proven record of success. Prior to starting KEC, Shawn was Vice President of Power Marketing at Acciona, where he managed all power marketing activities in the U.S. and Canada, including fostering customer relationships, developing market and product strategies, pursuing, negotiating and executing long-term power purchase and alternative structure hedge agreements, actively managing the renewable attributes portfolio, and developing and implementing asset optimization market strategies, all in support of the development, construction, operation, and financing of ACCIONA Energy North America’s renewable energy generation fleet. Previously, Shawn held marketing director positions at DTE Energy Trading, Williams Power, Reliant Energy, and Commonwealth Edison, leading those organization’s power marketing activities in the MISO, PJM, and SPP markets.

Shawn earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s of Management degree from Northwestern University’s, Kellogg School of Management. He recently served on the Illinois Chamber of Commerce board of directors, as well as Chairman of the Illinois Energy Council, and has been an active member of Wind on the Wires.
