The Operations Director is responsible for overall operations and maintenance of GlidePath’s operating storage assets. Additionally, they will support the development team with new builds and existing plant expansions. This position is best-suited for an ambitious, initiative-taking and career-focused individual with significant battery storage experience who is seeking a demanding role with high exposure to senior management.
BESS Field Supervisor
The BESS Field Supervisor is responsible for installing, integrating, maintaining, and managing BESS systems including hardware and software. The BESS Field Supervisor will be responsible for supporting field activities at GlidePath’s operating assets. Additionally, they will support the development team with new builds and existing plant expansions. The successful candidate will have proven experience working in complex organizations that are undergoing rapid growth and transformation. This position is best-suited for an ambitious, initiative-taking and career-focused individual with BESS experience who is seeking a demanding role with high exposure to senior management.
